Road will be shut from 9.30am to 4pm
Summerhill will close later this morning while resurfacing works continue.
The area was due to be completed last week, but heavy rainfall and low temperatures made laying tarmac difficult.
As a result, the road will shut from 9.30 this morning, reopening by 4pm.
