Closure to come into force on Sunday
Part of Summerhill, a major entry and exit point into Douglas for motorists, is going to be closed off for a month.
It's part of preparatory work for the Promenade refurbishment.
The closure, up the hill from the prom for 100 yards, will start on Sunday November 25th until December 21st.
Contractors, Auldyn, need the closure to carry out what is termed essential installations and investigative work. Pedestrian access won't be affected.
There will be a 20 miles an hour speed limit in the area.
