A suicide verdict has been recorded at an inquest into the death of a 25 year -old mother of two from Port St Mary.
Shelley Elizabeth Christian was found hanged in the bathroom of her home on St Mary's Avenue on November 15.
Witness statements which indicated Ms Christian had suffered from mental health problems for some time were read out by Coroner of Inquests Michael Moyle at Douglas courthouse.
She'd been receiving treatment and was thought to have been showing signs of improvement recently.
It was also revealed there were no signs of problems when she was last visited by health officials the day before she took her own life.
And Mr Moyle noted a report which said Ms Christian was prone to impulsive behaviour.
Recording the verdict, he told the family members present they'd done all they could for her over the years and shouldn't blame her for what she'd done.
