An inquest has heard how "domestic problems" may have driven a Douglas woman to take her own life.
Forty-eight year old Lorraine Kennedy, a personal banker, was found dead in the back yard of her home in Lower Duke's Road, Douglas on October 20.
Coroner Michael Moyle recorded a suicide verdict, after hearing she had left notes to members of her immediate family in which she clearly indicated her intention.
He said the letters even referred to a specific location where she wanted her ashes to be scattered.
