
Young people who have experienced homelessness will beĀ visiting the Island's secondary schools to help others avoid following in their footsteps.
The Peer Education System has been set up by Kemmyrk, a Manx charity which helps the homeless, and it's being funded by a £3,000 donation from the Church Welfare Association.
Homelessness projects development officer Fiona Robinson decided to bring in the scheme after seeing how well it worked in the United Kingdom (play attached audio file):
