Students receive GCSE results earlier than normal



It’s GCSE results day with thousands of teenagers due to receive the news of their academic achievements.

For many it’s a crucial time as young people determine their next step, whether to continue in education or get a foot on the career ladder.

Coordinating Adviser for 11-19 Education, Paul Craine, says there’s a clear benefit in students receiving their results today (Tuesday) - two days earlier than normal.
