Don't be afraid to speak to your service providers if bills become too much.
That's the advice from Isle of Man-based accountant, Nicola Bowker, after inflation rates rose to 9 per cent.
It's the same story in the UK, with many citing the war in Ukraine as a factor towards the fastest rise in the cost of living in more than 40 years.
But Mrs Bowker says she's remaining optimistic:
