
Police investigating a series of burglaries in the Strang last month have confirmed they recovered a number of stolen items at the house in which a woman’s body was found.
The body of 46 year-old Cheryl Eves was discovered in Strang Close, Union Mills, after police gained a warrant to search addresses.
Police say investigations are continuing as to why the items were in the property.
Ms Eves death is currently being investigated and remains unexplained, but officers say there are no suspicious circumstances.
Her inquest opened a fortnight ago.
