Sentence on a 40 year-old woman who admitted an offence of burglary has been adjourned for reports by the High Bailiff, Michael Moyle.
Mary Therese Gallagher, of Hazel Crescent, Pulrose also asked for a similar offence to be taken into consideration.
She entered a shop in Pulrose, where she worked, with her key at 8.10pm on January 1.
With her was another person, not in court,. and she stole several items.
The owner of the shop, Janet Callow, discovered the burglary after viewing CCTV footage.
Mr Moyle said all options were open but he was not considering custody.
Gallagher was bailed until May 13.
