Bad weather causes cancellations

This evening's Steam Packet sailing to Heysham has been cancelled due to the adverse weather conditions.

Strong winds mean the 7.45pm Ben-my-Chree journey will not go ahead.

Her overnight return leg - which was due to leave Lancashire at 2.15am - has also been cancelled.

At present, tomorrow's sailings to and from Birkenhead are due to go ahead as scheduled, however passengers are advised to check online before setting out.
