This morning's 8.30am Ben-my-Chree sailing to Heysham will depart on time.
A strong east wind in the Irish Sea had put the departure in doubt.
It also means the Steam Packet return journey from the Lancashire port will leave at the slightly later than usual time of 3pm with an expected arrival time back in Douglas of 6.45pm.
