Minister makes statement on issue in Keys
The Steam Packet is only used to transfer patients when scheduled flights are not suitable.
That's according to Health Minister David Ashford.
He was making a statement on the issue in Keys this morning (Tues 02) in response to concerns from Onchan MHK, Rob Callister.
Mr Ashford said the contract with Flybe had two years to run - but did allow for other services to be used if required.
He added that each patient's needs were looked at individually.
