Steam Packet cancels sailings due to adverse weather forecasts

Passengers affected told to contact the ferry operator

The Steam Packet Company has cancelled this evening’s 7.15pm sailing to Heysham, along with the 2.30am return journey, due to forecast adverse weather.

A yellow weather warning remains in place until 5am tomorrow (4 February) for coastal overtopping, as strong to gale-force south or south-westerly winds are expected overnight.

Passengers are advised to contact the reservations team on 01624 661661 to make alternative arrangements.
