
Chief Minister Allan Bell says a statement to Tynwald next week about the government’s progress over the last 12 months is designed to replace the government’s old annual report.
It’ll be the second time he’s given a statement to the October sitting of Tynwald instead of laying a huge document before the court.
Mr Bell says it won’t be hugely detailed, but aims to give an overview on what’s been happening in the past year.
And he says the report it replaced wasn’t very useful:
