William Henry Kelly to stand trial
A St John's man who denies committing a string of sexual offences is to stand trial.
Forty-five-year-old William Henry Kelly of Peel Road has appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to nine charges of rape, three counts of indecent assault and two of assault causing actual bodily harm.
The offences are alleged to have been committed between January 2013 and March this year.
The case has been adjourned until September 1.
