Two managers at Isle of Man care provider St Christopher's Fellowship have been suspended.
The company says the decision has been taken as 'a precautionary measure' while an investigation takes place, and is working closely with the Manx government on the matter.
It follows an incident which is alleged to have taken place before the individuals worked for St Christopher’s in the Island.
