Smart service framework more accurate description

The term "single resident record" is misleading according to a Douglas MHK.

The initiative was given the go-ahead in Tynwald yesterday (Tues 12th)

It's claimed the move will make big savings by keeping all our information in one place, securely accessible only by those who are already entitled to see it.

Whilst government won't be storing anything that they don't already have in some form, there remain concerns in some quarters about whether it can be trusted with modern technology to keep sensitive data secure.
