Police encouraging people to consider public transport
Manx police officers say they've noticed a spike in drink or drug drivers since the start of the TT.
One person is expected to appear in court later today while another has been bailed.
It comes after reports of parking issues in Douglas over the weekend.
Inspector Paul Kemp is urging people to reconsider how they get to events during the TT fortnight:
