'Significant' challenges overcome since closure last month
Management says it's faced significant challenges including structural concerns with the pool hall lights and insufficient lighting levels.
But it now says it's installed temporary safety supports and enhanced the lighting, and further 'comprehensive' assessments for long-term sustainability and safety are planned.
The doors opened at 7am and the pool says swimming lessons will resume as normal from next week.
