A three month delay for the southern area plan inquiry will create frustration on many levels.
That's the view of Malew and Santon MHK Graham Cregeen, after a hearing, due to start next month, was rescheduled for October.
The plan is considered a blueprint for long-term development in the south of the Island, and Mr Cregeen says the wait will be a nuisance for developers and southern residents alike:
