The Southern 100 course has now full reopened following a fatal racing incident.
Police have been working on the Billown Circuit – between the Castletown Bypass and Ballakeighan Corner – since last night.
It follows the deaths of a racer and marshal – the men have not been named.

In a post on social media the Isle of Man Constabulary said: “We appreciate it was closed for some time to allow our investigation to continue but we thank you all for your patience and understanding.”
