Police are appealing for help as they try to trace a man who may hold the key to an incident in Douglas last weekend.
They say the public disorder incident occurred outside the Marks and Spencer store in Drumgold Street, at around 11am on Saturday (January 21).
Officers have released a photograph of the man, who they say could provide vital information.
