Today, we'll find out if plans for a 12-storey development on Lord Street will be given the go-ahead or not. 

The proposals for the former bus station site include a multiscreen cinema, a bus information centre, 85 apartments and parking.

The planning application has received several comments from the public raising concerns about the development.

Among the issues are the height of the building, the project being out of character which the area and the lack of affordable housing.
