Some court dates suspended during lockdown

People will be sent new dates by court admin

Due to the current lockdown any person bailed or summonsed to attend at court on the following dates for any reason is not required to attend.

Dates:

Thursday, 7 January

Tuesday, 12 January

Wednesday, 13 January (TAX COURT)

Thursday, 14 January

You will be notified in writing by court administration of the date you are required to attend, any bail conditions imposed by the court or by the police will be continued in your absence to the new date.
