Social media complaints hard to address

Health minister urges people to follow standard procedure

There's been a plea from the health minister to make hospital complaints via the standard procedure, and NOT on social media.

It follows posts on a Facebook page where users have expressed concerns about Noble's Hospital in Braddan.

Kate Beecroft says many of the people posting on the page haven't submitted formal complaints.

She says the concerns won't be addressed if the appropriate people aren't made aware:
