Police are warning people to be careful on the Island’s roads today after snowfall overnight.
A few of the Island’s routes have been closed because of the snow - Barregarrow crossroads to the Peel coast road, the Beinney Phott Road and The Sloc between the Shoulder Road and Ballakillowey are all closed.
A decision on whether to reopen them is expected at around 9am this morning. 5C buses between Peel and Kirk Michael are diverting via Ballaquane Road and the coast road.
Also shut is the Mountain Road - officers say the closure will be reviewed at 3.30 this afternoon.
The Injebreck Road is shut from West Baldwin to Brandywell, and both the Druidale and Tholt-y-Will Roads are closed becuase of poor conditions.
Meanwhile, police are asking people to play in the snow responsibly after a group of children were throwing snowballs at cars in Peel last night.
