The big difference a series of small changes can make is one of the key themes during National Obesity Awareness Week this week.
The Department of Health and Social Care is encouraging people to make these adjustments, as it continues to try and reduce the number of obese people in the Isle of Man.
Most recent figures show that's 50% of adults, and 20% of children when they go into reception class at primary school.
