Rock band Slade rev up for concert at Villa Marina tonight

One of the most successful bands of the glam rock era Slade are revving-up for their concert at the Villa Marina tonight (5 June).

The band won a huge following in the seventies with hits like 'Cum on Feel the Noize' and 'Coz I Luv You.'

Now led by guitarist Davie Hill and drummer Don Powell, they've continued to tour, winning a new generation of fans across Europe, Scandinavia and Russia.

Dave and Don are promising a dynamic show full of raw energy and noise - but without the platform boots!

Dave says he reckons it will appeal to a wide audience, with plenty to satisfy the bikers.
