
A Scottish skipper has been fined £7,000 for having scallops below the legal size on his boat.
Malcom McKelvie of the "Star of Annan" had his vessel boarded near the Chicken Rock lighthouse by Isle of Man Fisheries officers.
He admitted the offence, which was committed on November 6.
McKelvie was also ordered to pay costs of £150.
