Minister looks on the bright side
The economic development Minister has said some notable absences didn't prove a detriment to this year's TT entertainment programme.
There have been widespread complaints about a lack of festival amusements - including the scrapping of traditional shows on Douglas promenade.
But Laurence Skelly said new TT promoters Vision Nine will be tasked with improving the future offering.
He also said he was heartened by the response to other events staged around the Island:
