Figure revealed in Tynwald question for written reply
There have been 62 suspensions of government workers since April 1 2013, all but three of which were for longer than ten days.
The figures have been released in a response to a Tynwald question for written answer from Onchan MHK Peter Karran.
Of the 62, 12 people were dismissed, six were given a final written warning and seven a written warning.
Ten of the claims were judged to be unfounded, or the person had no case to answer.
Fourteen were classed as 'other' and 13 classed as 'open'.
