Next move for next adminsitration - Bell
The government is moving nearer to becoming a single legal entity - after publishing the outcome of a public consultation.
The document, released on Friday, shows the vast majority of people support moves to recognise the government as one body under the law rather than separate departments.
Those who supported the proposals, however, also supported keeping departmental structures.
