Island singer 10/1 to win TV contest
A 23 year old from the Isle of Man is the bookies joint third favourite to win the X-Factor this morning after wowing the judges last night.
Simon Lynch performed the Beyonce song If I Were A Boy to impress Simon Cowell – and he even managed to correct Rita Ora about the Isle of Man being near the Isle of Wight.
After his audition, bookies at William Hill slashed his odds of winning the talent contest to 10/1, with a spokesman for the company saying he has the potential to go all the way and win.
