Minute's silence at Douglas prom's war memorial also planned
What is being described as a, "muted and low-key" event will be held in Douglas on Sunday, to remember the victims of the Paris attacks.
A silent march will be held along the promenade after a minute's silence at the War Memorial, starting at 2.30pm.
All are welcome.
People attending are being asked to wear an item of clothing in red white and blue, if possible.
Honorary French Consul Annie Nedellec says the local response to the attacks has been remarkable:
Person suffers 'significant injuries' in 'serious assault' near Peel
Business case for horse trams to be put before Tynwald in July
Plans to turn 'underused space' in central Douglas into wellness retreat
Employment grievance 'upheld' against board of Peel Commissioners
