Gary Roberts describes paedophile as 'vile individual'
The Isle of Man Courts of Justice does treat people who commit sexual offences ‘properly’.
That’s the view of the chief constable of the Isle of Man Constabulary.

He’s reacted to two court cases yesterday (30 September) involving child sex offenders - describing 47-year-old Andrew Godding as a ‘vile individual’.
The Douglas man was jailed for 12 years at Douglas Courthouse after being convicted of committing eight sexual offences against a teenage girl.

Knottfield paedophile Joseph Marshall was also refused permission to appeal the six-year sentence he received for abusing boys in his care in the 1970s.
Chief Constable Roberts has described him as the Isle of Man’s ‘worst ever sex offender’.
