Sight Matters boss aiming to increase awareness
The new chief executive of Sight Matters - formerly the Manx Blind Welfare Society - says the charity is in good shape but there are challenges that must be faced.
Cathryn Bradley has taken over from Ian Cooil who's stepped down from the role after 12 years in post.
She joined the charity 18 months ago as social welfare and inclusion lead following a long career with the Isle of Man Constabulary.
Cathryn told Manx Radio one of the challenges is increasing awareness of the organisation and the services it provides:
Firearms amnesty comes into effect
Chickenpox jab to become part of routine childhood vaccinations
