
The Tynwald Select Committee on Immigration heard evidence from several key civil servants this morning (Thurs).
The hearings started at 10.30 at the Millennium Room in the Legislative Buildings on Finch Road in Douglas with evidence from Mrs T Thomas, the secretary to the Work Permit Committee; Work Permit Inspector at the DTI Mr S Arrowsmith; and Employment Services Manager Mrs M McKenzie.
They was followed at 11.30 by Mrs C Morton, the Administration Manager Passports; and Immigration Officer Mrs A Collins.
The evidence was taken in public.
