Route to close between 8am-5pm
A section of the main route between Douglas and Peel will be closed today (1 November) for the removal of dead roadside trees.
Peel Road will shut between Braddan Church and the Rural Industries estate at Union Mills from 8am until 5pm.
Diversions will be in place via Saddle Road, Vicarage Road and the Isle of Man Business Park.
The tree surgery work is being carried out on behalf of a private landowner.
Motorists are urged to allow extra time for journeys between Douglas and Peel.
