Two vehicles involved in incident
UPDATE: Isle of Man Transport says the section of Circular Road has now reopened, and all bus services are back to normal in the area.
Police are dealing with a two vehicle road traffic collision at the traffic light junction of Bucks Road and Circular Road, Douglas.
The road from Westmoreland Road junction to Bucks Road junction has been closed entirely.
People are being urged to use an alternative route.
