Secret of success in customer service

The cream of the Isle of Man's holiday industry has been at the Villa Marina for the annual tourism awards.

There were eight categories, ranging from Best Customer Service to Best Event of the Year and Best Town or Village.

Awards were presented to the winners by political member of the Department of Tourism and Leisure Geoff Corkish, and chairman of Manx2.com Noel Hayes was the guest speaker.
