Instrument to be officially unveiled this weekend
A second public piano in memory of a bright musical talent will be unveiled on the Island this weekend.
Cody Atzori's family, with the help of charity SoundCheck Isle of Man, has installed the instrument at The Roundhouse in Braddan.
In 2022 they released an album of his original music called 'Whispicity'.
Last year a piano was unveiled at the Sea Terminal featuring a vibrant design by Cody's brother Teo.
The new design features a space themed background overlaid with sea creatures and an inspirational quote.
Cody's sister Hebe, who painted it, told Manx Radio it's a fitting tribute to his favourite things:
The new piano will be unveiled at The Roundhouse tomorrow (29 June) at 11.30am.
All are welcome - and encouraged - to attend the unveiling and then play the instrument thereafter.
