Climate change chair says assistance must be available
An MHK says it’s important that government helps people on lower incomes combat the costs involved of going green.
That’s according to the chair of the Climate Change Transformation Board.
Daphne Caine says a range of schemes are in the pipeline to help people least able to effect the changes themselves.
