DoI and Manx Utilities working on 11-week project
Work on a road, which almost a year ago was entirely flooded, is due to start today in Laxey.
It's the start of an eleven-week scheme by the Department of Infrastructure working alongside Manx Utilities.
The lower part of the village was hit by torrential flooding last October.
DoI Minister Tim Baker says the timing of the work shouldn't be a concern:
