Police are warning of scammers targeting Manx residents, who say their money isn't safe and needs to be moved.
Officers from the Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team received three reports of callers with 'posh, polite British accents' attempting to persuade the recipient to move their funds.
One person received calls throughout the day, while another was told their life savings had been compromised.
