Chief minister criticises MHK's proposals
Proposed amendments to the Same Sex Marriage Bill are nothing more than delaying tactics, according to the chief minister.
Allan Bell has been speaking about the changes North Douglas MHK John Houghton has suggested to the bill.
These include giving registrars the right to say no performing same-sex ceremonies, and parents the right to take their children out of classes which teach about gay marriage.
