Sam Barks gets rave reviews

Island singing star Sam Barks has received rave reviews after the opening night of 'Cabaret' at the Birmingham Rep.

In the prestigious role of Sally Bowles, the Laxey teenager is described as giving 'a fantastic central performance, all voice and charisma' - who’s praised as an actress, performer and singer and for bringing out the vulnerability of the character to great effect.
