Charity offers assistance with debt and budgeting
'Debt is a symptom of something else' and help is available.
That's according to the Salvation Army - it's offering guidance via its debt advice service to support people with managing their money.
Residents who are struggling can find help with budgeting and planning.
Earlier this month Douglas Council held a cost-of-living workshop which the charity attended.
