High winds lifted boy on bouncy castle into sea at Douglas Carnival
The question of safety has been raised after a boy was rescued from the sea in Douglas when playing on a bouncy castle.
The youngster was lifted in the high winds, along with the castle, off the promenade and into the sea.
The boy was retreived by a member of the public and taken to Noble's Hospital as a precaution.
Val Rise is a parent and saw the scene unfold - she says it shouldn't have happened.
Douglas Borough Council has confirmed a full investigation into the incident is underway.
