Police appealing for information
Police are investigating after reports of a runner being bitten by a dog in Archallagan Plantation.
The incident happened around 11.30 this morning (Sat 04 Jan) and left the runner with injuries, unspecified at this time.
The dog, described as being a white and red collie-type animal, was not with its owner, and ran off into the trees.
Officers say they're keen to prevent another incident taking place and are particularly concerned a child could be bitten.
