The Princess Royal has officially opened the Isle of Man's new hospice.
Princess Anne was shown around the new facility near Noble's Hospital, stopping to speak to staff and patients.
It's been a memorable day for all those who helped make the new facility a reality and a tribute to the Manx public, who donated £2 million in the Mighty Oak appeal to replace the old building in Douglas.
